Military robots. Wow, I can't wait for all of us to die by:

• death laser,
  
• having our goo sucked out to fuel their bio-nano-engines,
  
• enormous foot-stomp into the earth,
  
• Gatling gun attached to it's belly,
• good old-fashioned being picked up and thrown into the side of a building
